KEISER UNIVERSITY is strategically expanding operations and is seeking to fill out a Bilingual Telemarketing Specialist position for Keiser University Campus Nicaragua.

Requirements as follows:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the field, as customer services agent or specialist in BPO/KPO industry.

Knowledge and skills:

• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
• Results oriented to meet sales KPI.
• Knowledge of Latin America market is a plus.
